Zied Slimane is the founder of Tucan Holistic, a Niagara-based company producing award-winning early-harvest olive oil and handcrafted black garlic. Originally from Tunisia, he grew up surrounded by olive trees, shaping his deep connection to real food. He works alongside his wife, Emmy Suparmin, a holistic nutritionist. Together, they share their passion for food with clean ingredients and help people understand how quality can make a real difference in health.
