Airborne Contaminants: Protecting Your Health After the Flood
Mould, dust and other contaminants can affect more than just the air you breathe. Learn how to support your body and protect your health.

Mould, dust and other airborne contaminants can affect more than just the air you breathe. Learn how to support your body and protect your health following exposure.

With recent flooding in our community, many homes are undergoing cleanup, demolition and repairs—potentially increasing exposure to mould, dust, construction materials and other airborne contaminants.

Join us for a timely and informative seminar with Dr. Jacquie Moulton, ND, from DOCERE: Institute of Wellness, exploring how indoor air quality and environmental exposures can affect our health—and what we can do to support our bodies naturally.

In this practical wellness session, Dr. Moulton will explore:

  • How mould, dust and other airborne contaminants may affect our health
  • Common symptoms that can occur following exposure to poor indoor air quality
  • The relationship between airborne irritants, the immune system and inflammation
  • Why some people may be more sensitive to environmental exposures than others
  • Nutritional, herbal and lifestyle strategies that can help support the body's natural resilience
  • Practical ways to reduce exposure and support healthier indoor air following flooding, renovations or water damage
  • When persistent symptoms or suspected mould exposure should be assessed by an appropriate professional

Whether your home has recently experienced water damage, you're living through renovations, or you're simply concerned about the quality of the air you breathe, this seminar will provide practical, evidence-informed information to help you better understand airborne contaminants and their potential impact on your health.
